WHY Long Island BootCamp?
At LI Body Boot Camp, we offer high-energy group sessions that are fun and fast paced. We offer affordable rates, and many options to fit your needs.
Each of our member receives a MyZone heart rate monitor that helps in keeping you motivated and gives you trackable data after each workout.
Worried you won’t have the drive to achieve your goals? You can count on your trainer and classmates to cheer you on and help you find that needed energy to keep going!
Classes are available in the early morning and evening hours so you can schedule your sessions easily. Our fitness boot camp also includes a free consultation to address any concerns or questions you may have and it allows us to get to know you and what your goals are.
