We specialize in all areas of training you can put your body through, but one of the reasons why our gym is known throughout the Long Island area is because of our amazing boot camp workouts.  

We have daily training classes of 60 minutes, exercising the whole body. The best thing about this is that these classes can be taken by all types of people, no matter your level of resistance or if you have never exercised before, we focus on working the body in an integral way, adding the key elements for the reduction of fat and increase and toning of muscle mass. 

If you are still undecided whether or not to get started on your fitness journey, we allow you to try it without spending a single dollar of your pocket. Just like that, you can come and take your first class for free. Be warned, though you’ll probably end up coming in every day to work with our amazing coaches. 

As you may know, we have two gym facilities, conveniently located in Farmingdale and Hicksville. To make your life easier you’ll have access to both facilities and can take your classes at either available location.

Fitness Boot Camp Workouts

Our bootcamp workouts include a variety of movements with interval-based personal training. And it’s the best one that you will find on all of Long Island. Our goal is to make you feel more confident about yourself and look amazing with our group classes. You’ll be tempted by this class because it was created for everyone, from beginners starting the gym for the first time, to people who have been lifting and exercising at different gyms on Long Island and want a new challenge.

You’ll burn more calories than any other workout you’ve done before. In just 60 minutes, your heart rate will go up, and your muscles will work out at their maximum capacity, multiplying fat-burning potential.

A Boot Camp Workout For Everyone

We just love this class because it involves training with weights, cardio, and gymnastics, but you can do them all without giving up the fun. Basically, in just one hour, you will have trained your whole body. It is an excellent combination of exercises for our muscles to grow in size and become more toned.  

It’s an amazing class that brings together both cardiovascular work and resistance. You can choose how much effort you want to put into each exercise, making this one of our most popular classes at Long Island BootCamp.

At LI Body Boot Camp, we offer high-energy group sessions that are fun and fast-paced. We offer affordable rates, and many options to fit your needs.

Each of our members receives a MyZone heart rate monitor that helps in keeping you motivated and gives you trackable data after each workout.

Worried you won’t have the drive to achieve your goals? You can count on your trainer and classmates to cheer you on and help you find that needed energy to keep going!

Classes are available in the early morning and evening hours so you can schedule your sessions easily. Our fitness boot camp also includes a free consultation to address any concerns or questions you may have and it allows us to get to know you and what your goals are.
