It’s been a month and I already see a difference in my body and mind!!!! The coaches are great! The owner/coach Charlie, is tough but wants to see succeed. I will definitely keep going and will recommend to any newbies that are considering CrossFit but are nervous to try it out.

I have joined SC Fitness around 70 days back and i can proudly say that it is changing my life to a great deal. My back and overall fitness issues seems like going away. Can see good change in strength and stamina but long way to go. This place is very clean follow all covid protocols and workouts every day is totally different which is fun and not boring at all. All the team members motivate each other. I can just say thanks to the whole system.

SC fitness goes above and beyond to make sure that gym meets the highest standards of infection control. Everything is sanitized between classes. Everyone wears masks. Plus social distancing is practiced. If you have any hesitation due to covid.... Don't. You are at much higher risk of infection at a supermarket! Classes are well run. Focus on proper form and techniques, not on piling on weights which could increase risk of injury. Workouts are challenging and fun. Always different from day to day. If you are reading this you probably have some interest. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
